Lanterna Verde sarà distribuito nelle sale statunitensi a partire dal 17 giugno 2011.
Creato da Bill Finger e Martin Nodell sulle pagine della rivista All American Comics nel 1940, Lanterna Verde , il corpo di polizia spaziale che ha il compito di mantenere ordine e prevenire i pericoli che minacciano l’universo, arriverà su grande schermo a giugno 2011 per la regia di Martin Campbell, cineasta che possiamo ricordare per pellicole come Agente 007 – GoldenEye, La Maschera di Zorro, Vertical Limit, Agente 007 – Casino Royale, oltre che per il più recente Fuori Controllo.
The cast of the film, besides the main character Ryan Reynolds recently seen in the film room Buried - Buried, there will be Blake Lively, Mark Strong, Peter Sarsgaard, Tim Robbins, Taika Waititi, Temuera Morrison, Angela Bassett, Jay O. Sanders and Jon Tenney. In the film the pilot Hal Jordan receives a ring that can give the wearer some unlimited powers.
