After a year of turmoil with a number of initiatives to promote beer culture, the Association Pavese Friends of Beer prepares for a new challenge with the support of
Lombardy Region, the Province of Pavia and the Chamber of Commerce of Pavia who have shown great interest in the initiative. Building on the success achieved in 2009 (14.000 visitors in four days), 14 to 17 October 2010 Casteggio back BirrArt the festival of craft beer that combines style, quality and tradition. The protagonists are still microbreweries : 19 from all over the northern Italy for a proposal of more than 100 types of beer. Around them revolves a world of authenticity, originality, taste and cultural vitality in a long journey to discover a whole weekend. Blonde, red, brown, craft beer has the authenticity of a unique product, from
specific organoleptic characteristics, to enjoy listening to the secrets of a process reserved for the exclusive competence of master brewers.
BirrArt 2010 will therefore be the place to meet quality and taste culture and tradition but is also a way to explore and evaluate new scenarios for a constantly evolving and expanding.
